Pink Saturday, part 3

I love this vintage quilt square I received from Kathy @ Shocking Pink Thread. We were in a Happy Miscellany Swap several months ago. My eyes are always drawn to vintage quilt patterns and I love the pastel '30's look of the fabrics.
Now for a bit of shameless self-promotion...earrings I've made this week...pink pearls, Swarovski crystal rondelles, Japanese Delica beads, and sterling silver findings. I'm thinking of listing them in my Etsy store, but I'm hesitant because there are so many wonderful jewelry makers out there already. What do you think?
More pearls, with oxidized silver findings
This quilt is from Quilt Pink from Better Homes & Gardens. I've been collecting pink fat quarters for several years...this is the quilt I want to make.

Thank you, Beverly, for hosting another Pink Saturday!

Oh I love the quilt square from Kathy, too. It looks so vintage and romantic. That will be an ambitious quilt for you to make and so lovely. Good idea to gather material for a while instead of doing it all at once. Your header, btw, looks great. As you know, I love that photo!

As for the earrings...they are beautiful and I can see no reason why you shouldn't put them on your Etsy shop. There are so many buyers and so many tastes and styles and yours are lovely and professionally done. It's a win-win!

Teresa, I would definitely list them. They are exquisite.

I love quilts! Being needle challenged, I have so much respect for people who create such beauty.

Happy Pink Saturday.

I'm sorry that I overlooked your pink Saturday post earlier. I thought I had seen them all! I guess with so many posting it can be tricky to be sure to visit them all!

I like that quilt square you have. It reminds me of when I was a teenager and found a bunch of fabric of my great grandmothers and attempted to make a quilt. (I don't know what ever happened to it!) There were nice old fabrics in the quilt I made.

I also really like that first pair of earrings. They are quite lovely!

What a beautiful quilt pattern you have chosen. I really like that!!!

By the way, I like the music you have chosen for your blog!

take care,
Dawn

Catching Up

It's been awhile...as usual, not much going on.  As I look through photos on my phone, I decided to do a little blog post. Last Monday...
