Some weeks, Mondays aren't so bad. This is an "off week" for school...I love this program...school for 5 weeks (one class), off a week, then start all over again. The class coming up is Ethics & Jurisprudence...Law & Order, anyone?
Dinner is ready to pop into the oven at 5PM...Bruschetta Chicken Bake (our new most favorite recipe)..and a leisurely evening of reading, tea drinking, and relaxing is planned. Time to settle in for fall.
Wow! You have a great start on the day! I made chili yesterday.....so it's leftovers tonight. More time to sew today. YAY!

I have a terrible time actually getting comments to post on your blog - my slow connection, no doubt. Anyhow, wanted to let you know I made your bruschetta chicken last week and it was a huge hit! I used fresh basil (because it got its second wind and I have tons) and mixed the stuffing-mix with the chicken pieces (instead of layering) so the chicken wouldnt' stick to the casserole dish, but it was great!
I prepared your Bruschetta Chicken Bake for our Sunday family dinner. Wow! It is delicious - and so easy. It will definitely be making more appearances on our table.
