A gift in the mail, and sewing projects

I received a giveaway from Teresa at French Poppy Greetings yesterday. She included a wall calendar, a beautiful greeting card, and a key tag...her artwork is so beautiful...with a French touch...later today I'm going to cover this corkboard with some toile, glue buttons on my clear tacks, and voila...a new home for the calendar! Thank you so much, Teresa!
The above and following pictures are from Sew Pretty Homestyle, by Tone Finnanger. The colors used in the projects are exceptionally appealing, especially this time of year in the midwest. Anticipating Spring...
I love these pears...so fresh looking.
Cute little wall pockets (don't know about using them as toothbrush holders), and they would be great in a guest room, holding little luxuries for your guests.
Pretty, pretty things...

I am so glad you found me so I could find you. Love your blog and will definitely visit often. The primroses and violets make me very anxious for Spring!

Catching Up

It's been awhile...as usual, not much going on.  As I look through photos on my phone, I decided to do a little blog post. Last Monday...
