Twilight, the movie

12:05 AM Friday morning...at the premiere of Twilight. I convinced a co-worker to go see this movie at the opening viewing...why? It's all I've heard about since my daughter read the four book series a few months ago. She constantly nagged at me until I read the first book. It's been a long time since I've seen her so psyched about anything (perhaps meeting Good Charlotte after her freshman year in high school would be the closest thing)...so off we go to the movies---Megan with her friends, and me with a co-worker. We'll have lots to talk about afterward...would we all like to have a vampire boyfriend??? Edited to add...got home at 3:00 AM, and it's off to work at 8:30. What was I thinking??? The movie was pretty cheesy. Since it's so cold here this morning, I've gotten lots of use out of my favorite line in the movie "Your skin is so cold..." The whole thing kind of reminded me of Dark Shadows, my favorite TV program when I was in Jr. High. And no...we wouldn't want a vampire boyfriend (even though some grown-up relationships do seem to suck the life out of us!).

A vampire boyfriend, eh? I might've had one of those... LOL!

Vee expressed my sentiments, exactly, though mine was an ex-husband! We watched "Dark Shadows" growing up as well. How funny... great post.
Have a wonderful weekend!

hA! I also remember Dark Shadows!

I thought of you last week when I saw a magazine article on how to make your own dress form...WITH DUCT TAPE! I'm sorry, but I can't remember which magazine it was! But it was funny....reminded me of the Form Posts we all did!

Go ahead. Cheat.

Turn on your furnace!
Hugs! Heidi

Haha! I liked Dark Shadows, too! Used to come home after school and watch it.

I haven't read Twilight, but I know lots of people who are into it.

Now put on a sweater and stay warm!

This really seems like it is the latest hot thing. I guess I am so old that I have just been finding out about it the last couple of weeks. Of course my daughter is 37 and granddaughter is 8 so I think this falls in a different age group.

Catching Up

It's been awhile...as usual, not much going on.  As I look through photos on my phone, I decided to do a little blog post. Last Monday...
