Once again, I'm amazed at how fast time is flying by. Now that we've "fallen back" to regular old Central Time, it seems that all I do is go to work, go to school, go to bed...it's hard to get motivated to do anything productive when it's dark and dreary (and cold!) when I get home from work. It's so easy to fall into the habit of doing nothing during the week and that's not good. I've made my shopping list for Thanksgiving Dinner (thank you so much, Williams-Sonoma!!), and I have a few recipes pulled for utilizing turkey leftovers (turkey tettrazzini comes to mind), but there are a few more meals to prepare for company over the holidays. I have my pile of magazines and cookbooks by my chair, so I'm combing through them for some new ideas. The planning is always more fun than doing...
