Getting ready for the season {pink post}

I love to receive a beautifully wrapped gift. Even the items I order from the wonderful members of Etsy come beautifully packaged. The easiest way to return the favor (and not go crazy rushing around looking for tape, scissors, etc.) is to organize your wrapping items. The ribbon rack (above) is hanging in my diningroom/craft 'studio'. Under the window --but a little too unorganized to photograph--are the rest of my wrapping supplies. I'd like to have this:

Country Living (online) has a sweet little wrapping station set-up. Everything is there, in its place. This weekend would be a good time to organize your wrapping supplies...and make a list of what you need for the upcoming wrapping season.

  1. Gosh, I wish I had room in my house for all of the pretty little centers they create! It would be lovely to have a wrapping station and this one, yes, is deliciously pink! I was thinking that you were the lucky creator of said wrapping station. Happy Pink Saturday!

  2. If I had a wrapping station like that, I might not hate the chore quite so much. Thank you for the suggestion. I am busily clearing out my sister's former bedroom in hopes that I can get a lot of things together. It's got to happen this week or else.

  7. I love that warpping center -- at first I thought it must be from Martha Stewart, as I'm sure she has something like that in her home. :-) If only I had the space!

    Happy Pink Saturday!

  12. Oh, how I wish I could be that organized. You should see the mess I make. I do have my paper in rubbermaid containers and ribbons in another but to have a whole room devoted to wrapping would be so neat! Literally, I guess! LOL! Anyhoo, Happy Pink Saturday! ~ robyn
